Silica Tape, Rope and Sleeving
Silica Tapes:
Silica Tapes are made from texturized amorphous silica filament yarn and woven into a strong and flexible form for service up to 2000°F / 1100°C. Because the yarn is texturized into a bulky form, it provides excellent insulating values. Silica Tapes are not made from leached fiberglass tapes, resulting a much more wear resistant finished product.

Silica Sleeving:
Silica Sleeving is made from texturized amorphous silica filament yarn and braided into a strong and flexible tubing for continuous service up to 2000°F / 1100°C. Applications include: protective coverings for hoses, metal tubes, electrical cables. Silica Sleeving can be heat treated, or coated with vermiculite, silicone, or Teflon®.
